Digital Education and school

The aim of this working group is to investigate whether the state is adequately fulfilling its responsibilities in the field of education or whether commercial offerings could call into question the state’s educational sovereignty in digital matters. In addition to conceptual work, a debate was organized with discussion partners from the fields of research, schools, politics and the private sector. In addition, a questionnaire study was developed to record the use of digital tools as school and extracurricular educational offerings and the positioning of the various stakeholders with regard to these offerings. A further result of the collaboration is a blog article in which the experience gained from the establishment of a working group focused on self-designed tasks was processed.
