Carolin Fuß

Carolin Fuß is a Researcher at the bidt. She studied law at the University of Regensburg and successfully completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Nuremberg. As part of her clerkship, she completed a placement at an international law firm in Johannesburg, South Africa. Since September 2025, she has been conducting research at the bidt in the interdisciplinary project “Legal uncertainty through generative AI? Reform considerations for the promotion of system trust at universities. Academic framework for fair AI regulation in exams” as part of the research focus “Humans and Generative Artificial Intelligence: Trust in Co-Creation“.
