Vinzenz Löwel

Vinzenz Löwel is a Researcher in the Data & Monitoring Team at the bidt. He studied Sociology for his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, with a minor in Philosophy, at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich. He also completed a Bachelor’s degree in Art History. His academic interests focus in particular on social theory and social diagnoses, as well as the sociology of knowledge, culture, organisations, and work. He is particularly interested in the influence of artificial intelligence on the science and art systems. As part of his Master’s thesis, he dealt with the dynamics of male radicalisation processes in the digital space. Methodologically, he prefers to work with mixed-methods approaches.
