WiKI – Knowledge transfer through industrialised AI
The research focus is on the question of how AI-supported information systems must be designed in order to enable effective and personalised knowledge transfer. The focus here is on both the specific use cases and the individual characteristics of the users. Planned milestones include the development of a concept matrix for categorising use cases and personality types, the identification of relevant use cases and personality traits and the derivation of specific requirements for AI-supported information systems. Empirical validation and the preparation of findings for practical application are also part of the research agenda. The aim is to create a practical overview of the adaptation of AI systems to different user types and application contexts. This should promote the understanding of the interaction between personality, use case and AI-supported knowledge transfer and create a basis for further research and practical implementation.
