Dr Mena Teebken and Prof Thomas Hess identify the key challenges of data protection in the workplace. Five recommendations are intended to strengthen employees’ trust in data protection and address the needs of companies.
Determinants of Data Disclosure in Digital Workplaces (DetDat)
This research project investigated the determinants of data disclosure in the digital workplace. The goal was to develop a deep understanding of how various factors of digital work influence the willingness to disclose data.
