Prof. Dr. Mascha Will-Zocholl

Mascha Will-Zocholl is Professor for Sociology with the specialty of Digitalization of Work and Organizations at the Hesse University of Applied Sciences for Public Management and Security in Wiesbaden. Her research focuses on the digital transformation of public administration, particularly changes in administrative work and questions of good corporate governance in the context of AI usage. In addition, she has long been involved in the spatial transformation of work and is a board member of the Transdisciplinary Workspace Research Network. From 2020 to 2023, she served in the project board of the IT Planning Council project “Qualificia Digitalis” and from 2019 to 2022, she was a board member of the Section for Work and Industrial Sociology. From 2014 to 2016, she worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Goethe University Frankfurt in a DFG-funded project on meaningful work.
