Dr. Lara Kobilke

Lara Kobilke is a researcher in the field of political communication at the Department of Media and Communication at LMU Munich. She holds a double bachelor’s degree in communication science, German studies, and law, as well as a master’s degree in communication science from LMU Munich. Her master’s thesis, in which she examined the spread of the term “Lügenpresse” (lying press) from the PEGIDA movement to the mainstream media, was awarded the institute’s prize for the best thesis.
