Bruno Albert

Bruno Albert is a Researcher at the bidt. After studying political science and sociology at the University of Mannheim, he completed a master’s degree in Southeast European Studies at the University of Macedonia in Thessaloniki and a further master’s degree in political science at the University of Bamberg. He then worked in data protection in surveys at the Leibniz Institute for Educational Trajectories (LIfBi) in Bamberg and at the Chair of Sociology with a focus on “Technology – Work – Society” at the Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg under Prof. Dr Sabine Pfeiffer. He has been researching at the bidt since April 2024 in the interdisciplinary project “Intrusion into personal devices by law enforcement authorities”.
