Prof. Dr. Anna Maria Oberländer is a junior professor of business informatics and digital transformation at the University of Bayreuth, director of the FIM Research Institute for Information Management, and holds a management position at the Business Informatics department of Fraunhofer FIT. She is also co-founder and managing director of the Digital Innovation Workshop. Ms. Oberländer’s predominantly empirical-qualitative and design-oriented research aims to understand and actively shape the digital transformation of established organizations. She approaches the topic from an organizational, innovation, and technology perspective.
