Develop your leadership skills for a career start in science.
On 23 and 24 April, bidt cordially invites postdocs to attend its internal leadership training programme. The three-part development programme gives participants the opportunity to further develop their personal skills in the areas of leadership, conflict and teamwork.
All participants are 1-2 years into their postdoctoral studies and at the beginning of their careers as leaders in science, and most of them are still finding their feet in their roles. In an intensive learning journey, participants explore their personalities, receive guidance through relevant concepts, and can train their authentic effectiveness for current and future roles. In some cases, the decision has yet to be made whether to pursue a career as a researcher or to take on the tasks of a manager in contact with many people as a professor.
