Brief description of the doctoral project

In my doctoral thesis, I am investigating collaboration processes between humans and artificial intelligence. AI-based systems are characterised by their ability to learn, which can often lead to unpredictable results and are difficult to understand for those involved. The boundaries of collaboration are becoming increasingly blurred. Against this background, I analyse how individuals perceive their personal abilities and – associated with this – their role in collaboration with AI. One focus is on the consideration of individual personality traits and prior knowledge. The research project aims to contribute to shaping a socially inclusive AI transformation process, taking social, entrepreneurial and individual perspectives into account.
