Nikola Finze

Information Management, Neu-Ulm University of Applied Sciences

With the rapid pace of digital transformation, employees’ tasks, responsibilities and decisions are changing. In order to live and work successfully in a world that is constantly changing due to new digital technologies, identities must also adapt on an individual and organizational level. In my dissertation, I show how digital transformation affects different identities and what the change of identities means. Better understanding individuals throughout the digital transformation process is important to drive adoption and diffusion of digitalization and offers a new perspective on the challenges of digital transformation.
