Dr. Konstantin Hopf

Dr Konstantin Hopf heads the research group “Machine Learning & Data Work in Organisations” at the Chair of Information Systems, in particular Energy Efficient Systems at the University of Bamberg. In industry-related research projects in the field of sustainability, he develops operational applications of machine learning methods. He also researches concepts for the strategic management of AI initiatives and data science teams. His research results appear in leading journals and conference proceedings in information systems (e.g. The Journal of Strategic Information Systems, California Management Review, Journal of Information Technology, International / European Conference on Information Systems), as well as in the specialised and daily press.
