Prof. Dr. Jörn von Lucke

Prof. Dr. Jörn von Lucke holds the Chair of Administrative and Business Informatics at The Open Government Institute (TOGI) at Zeppelin University Friedrichshafen. His current research focuses on e-government, open government (open government and administrative action), open data, open social innovation, smart government (Internet of Things and Internet of Services in the public sector; Administration 4.0, smart city), real-time government and artificial intelligence in the public sector. At the same time, he represents the interests of the Gesellschaft für Informatik e.V. (German Informatics Society) as part of the German Open Government Partnership activities.
