Short Description of My Research Project

My dissertation project explores the role of Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs) in driving sustainable transformation. Using the Crypto Valley Zug as a case study, the aim is to analyze how decentralized governance structures can provide innovative solutions to ecological and social challenges. The focus lies on designing effective incentive mechanisms and identifying supportive regulatory frameworks. By linking digitalization and sustainability, this research contributes to the development of new organizational forms that can meaningfully support key societal transformation processes.
