Elisa Gerten is a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute for Strategy, Technology and Organization (ISTO), Munich School of Management, Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (LMU). Before joining ISTO, she worked as a postdoc at the Faculty of Management, Economics and Social Sciences as well as at the Center for Social and Economic Behavior (C-SEB) at the University of Cologne. She studied Business and Economics at the University of Freiburg and the University of Basel. She completed her PhD in Business and Economics at the University of Basel in 2022. She is a regular visitor at the Institute for Employment Research (IAB) and at the Luxembourg Institute of Socio-Economic Research (LISER).
