Deborah Löschner is a research associate at the Disruption and Societal Change Center at the Technical University of Dresden. She is researching the recording and modeling of the influence of deceptive, manipulative technologies on the behavior of users and is primarily concerned with methodological aspects: How can the digital influence on freedom of choice be assessed? How can we determine which interventions strengthen users’ freedom of choice?
