Dr. Benedikt Leichtmann

Post-doctoral Research Assistant at the Chair for Psychology, Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München

Dr. Benedikt Leichtmann has been researching and lecturing at the Department of Psychology at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich since the end of 2023. His interdisciplinary research focuses on human-machine interaction and its optimisation through psychological insights. Dr. Leichtmann received his Ph.D. in Psychology from the Institute of Ergonomics at RWTH Aachen University in 2021, followed by a research stay at the Robopsychology Lab at Johannes Kepler University Linz in Austria. His work focuses on human-robot interaction in work environments and social contexts, trust in artificial intelligence, and acceptance of new technologies.
