This research project investigates the conceptualization and measurability of the digital mindset and analyzes its impact on the use of digital technologies. It also explores how the digital mindset can modify or mitigate reactions to changing paradigms in digitization, such as IT identity or technostress. Quantitative research methods are used to systematically gain empirical insights. The results contribute to the further development of the theoretical understanding of the digital mindset and provide insights into the influence on the behavior of individuals in dealing with digital innovations and the associated reactions.
