Alexander Pretschner is bidt’s founding Director, Chairman of the Board of Directors and member of the Executive Committee. He is a Professor of Software & Systems Engineering at the Technical University of Munich, and Chairman of the Scientific Directorate of fortiss, the research institute of the Free State of Bavaria for software-intensive systems. His research interests cover all areas of software engineering with a focus on testing and information security.
